Rates for Brookside Inn Bed and Breakfast

• Rooms One through Five are $135.00 per night / double occupancy , with tax the total  = $143.10
• Third person in room Four is $20.00 per night, plus tax.
• Suite One and Two  is $160.00 per night/ double occupancy, with tax the total = $169.90.
• Additional persons in either suite is $20.00 per person, per night, plus tax.
• Valdez bed tax is 6%.

Policies

Cancellation of a reservation must be done within 72 hours (3 days) or earlier of your check-in date for a full refund of deposit and or full payment.   Payment of reservation may be made at time of reservation or at time of check-in.  Payment my be payable by personal check, travelers checks, Visa, MasterCard, or Cash.   Brookside Inn B&B does have the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.  No fishing in the stream in front of the house. The stream is a protected Wild Salmon spawning area.
